Pay When Paid feature of Sol 7 FP1

Hello,

    I have been asked to research the 'Pay when Paid' feature of Sol 7...  from what I understand, it basically connects the A/P side to the A/R side while keeping track of voucher/sale activity.  But, that's all I know.

    Anyone have any experience with how it works and what it is capable of?
