Is it possible to export records from an entity list using a sepcified excel or word template using configuration rather than code? If so, how do you do this?

Thanks Guillaume, that works if exporting directly from CRM, but my question was about exporting from an entity list in Dynamics 365 Portals.

Do you know if there is a way to do this?

Hello,

Currently It is not possible to use your own excel or word templates in CRM Portals.You will get the required set of records in the already defined excel template only.
