Leave carry forward till 31 January

Hello, 

Is it possible for Dynamics 365 HR to carry forward leave balances till the end of January? 

I.e. I've 50 hours in 2021 and I'll get 150 starting 2022. I want the employees to consume the remaining balance for 2021 before the end of January. 

Does anyone know if this is possible?
