We would like to integrate a program called Project Insight into our Dynamics CRM system. We know they integrate but cannot find any how-to's, forums or blogs on how to do this. Anyone know of something along this line?

I had a quick look on their website, and there is http://www.projectinsight.net/product/webservices , you would be able to write integration using Microsoft CRM webservices, the CRM SDK and the project insight SDK and web services. Alternatively you can look at SCRIBE (http://www.scribesoft.com/) but I would suggest a custom solution, as most of the time there is business rules linked.
Alternatively you can also have an IFRAME in CRM with Javascript that can call the web API and display the related data
