Anyone know where the SQL19 runtime download link is? I cannot find it anywhere on the partner pages.
SQL 2019 has not been released yet. You will need to wait.

In the setup what do you have to decide, dropdownlist<->licencekey, when you want to use the runtime version with the support of UserCALS?
When you purchased GP the SQL User CALs were made to match the GP user count. If you check your account you will see how many GP licenses you have.

We already bought the licenses but there is no link to download the SQL, can you please guide me, this is what we buy.
