Correct, but I believe this is a partner only download so you will need to engage your partner.

Microsoft recently updated their website and now none of the SQL download links work anymore. Can someone from Microsoft chime in on this?

We already bought the licenses but there is no link to download the SQL, can you please guide me, this is what we buy.

When you purchased GP the SQL User CALs were made to match the GP user count. If you check your account you will see how many GP licenses you have.
