I think you need to do the mini code fix dance. 1, 2+1, 3+1

    1. Restart AOS
    2. Incremental CIL
    3. Complete CIL

    Hi Kaushik,

Did you run the Master scheduling using the batch framework or was it started on your client? It this reproducible or was it an incident? The error said there is a database connectivity error. This could be caused by a failover or other tasks on the SQL server that requires exclusive connections. Have you examined the SQL server logs already?

I tried both batch and client. Same error on both. It is happening everytime we run global MRP however net requirements is running fine. I had my developer investigate event log but found nothing there.

We did this before moving the model from dev to prod.

There's a weird error like this which is thrown by master planning when there is a record with a blank item number in the item master (InventTable). If Net requirements is running but a full master scheduling across all items isn't running then it could be data. So for instance try running master scheduling with a filter query applied. If it runs for one item, try a bunch of items, and keep widening your selection criteria until you hit the error.  But of course try the AOS restart and Compile stuff first.

    Hi Kaushik,

Are you saying you moved the model store or just some models from Dev to Prod?

If you have moved the model store, you had to be sure all environment specific element IDs are the same. E.g. table IDs, field IDs, class IDs. If this was not the case, this could cause your issue.
