Hi, we have successfully updated to GP 2015 r2 from GP 2013 r2. All seems to be working without fault except for the Web Client. 

When logging in to the client, we get an error that our Reports.dic needs to be updated. If I click ok, it then says "You are using an earlier version of Dynamics.dic than the one currently installed on the network".

We can log in to GP 2015 r2 desktop client with no errors on both client machines and on the server. I have tried repairing the web client install and clearing browser caches but the error remains. I have changes the Dynamics.set file to remove any path to a custom reports.dic and run Dynamics Utilities which says no reports need upgrading.

Has anyone encountered and got a fix?

    Have you upgraded the web client ? It seems it is being directed to the old Dynamics GP files.

    You need to thoroughly go through the steps provided on UPGRADING DYNAMICS GP 2015 WEB CLIENT

    Thank you for replying. I believe I went through all upgrade sets as per the guide and have updated all components on our server. Any other ideas appreciated. Thanks,

    I resolved this by an uninstall of the Webclient, deleted any folders in Program Data / Files relating to the Web Client and then reinstalled. Thanks.
