Hello,

I need to create a flow of some sort, that will start at the project entity and grab some fields from that record, then go to the Account record, and get some field values there, then go to a few other entities and get values there.  How can I do this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi USA80,

You can use the following action in Power Automate.

Use lists of rows in flows - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

    pastedimage1646036274065v3.png

For example, to list all the records including all the fields of Account entity.

Additional options can be added in "Show advanced options".

But how can I keep going further down the path with fields that are lookups?

    Hi USA80,

For example, the flow is triggered when a new Contact record is created.

Account records whose name equals to Acc 01 are listed.

Update the Company name field of the Contact record with the Account record.

The expression is /accounts(Account). The Account here can be found in the right-hand list.

The fields are grouped according to the step names above.
