Hi Michael,
the entities you highlighted are from Field Service, you can uninstall Field Service if you don't need that entities
As you can see in below thread suggested answers its not possible.
community.dynamics.com/.../can-i-delete-out-of-the-box-entities
Just remove those entities from your solution if you dont want

The entities you show in the image are system entities. You cannot delete system entities.
