I need to hide the plus button for a subgrid that is being used in a dashboard. How can this be accomplished in dynamics 365 online?

Added the screenshot. I know you can hide these on the form via ribbonworkbench but I have not found a solution for hiding them on a dashboard
Create a solution with that entity in it, and open in Ribbon Workbench.
Navigate to the subgrid area, right click on the New Record button and click hide.
This will hide from subgrids as well as dashboards.
You can probably hide it only from dashboards by customizing the command instead of hiding the button and adding display/enable rules from that (if that is what you need).
Hope this helps.
