We are trying to get our new word templates up and going in our live environment. I first added a template for the SOP Blank History Invoice - just using the core template there. I also added in a custom template I had created in my test environment. Ne

We are trying to get our new word templates up and going in our live environment. I first added a template for the SOP Blank History Invoice - just using the core template there. I also added in a custom template I had created in my test environment. Neither of this we render to the screen. The standard GP RW Invocie will render to the screen with no issues. No error messages. None in event viewer either.

I do see it come up with a processing bar to the left of my username/company/date. So it is trying to do something. I have closed out of GP and gone back in with the same results.

Ideas?

    In this case, you should enable Word Template Debugging, that might help determine where the issue is.  You can see a video on how to add the debugging here:
