I am having some issues with a client where they are trying to match an invoice in Enter/Match Invoice and they don't see the PO listed to pick from. A little research leads to find out that the PO status is "Closed." I posted recently about this and came up with the solution of going into SQL, changing the status back to received, running reconcile Purchasing Documents, and then doing the receipt. I though it was a one-time thing. But now I get another request for the same thing, they have some more PO's that I need to adjust.
My question is, how can I see when or by whom the status of the PO is being changed? Can anyone think of any other way of prematurely closing a PO other than "Edit/PO Status?"
Do I need to put on activity tracking for this? Or is it already stored somewhere?
