Where can I get a list of the values assigned to SOURCDOC groupings?

Hello Everybody,

I'm preparing some data for our auditors. They need to reconcile the T/B with the journal entries (GL20000) - -

Is there any place I can see what the various source document codes stand for? I can guess / figure most out, but some I'm not sure of. A pointer to a reference list would be ideal. (I checked within GP Resource Descriptions but didn't see what I was looking for).

Hi Maria,

you can look at the SY00900 table in the company database. You can link it to the SOURCDOC in GL20000 and there is a description of the sourcdoc.

select * from SY00900
