Hi,
We are currently running the latest version of D365 online and are receiving the current error when attempting to "Set Regarding" or "Track" an email from the mobile Outlook application. The error states - "We couldn't track this Email...Support Code: 2147746581 Error Code: 0x0". This functionality was working without error a few days ago and suddenly stopped working for us. Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated.
