Error Tracking Emails in D365 for Outlook Mobile App

Hi,

We are currently running the latest version of D365 online and are receiving the current error when attempting to "Set Regarding" or "Track" an email from the mobile Outlook application.  The error states - "We couldn't track this Email...Support Code: 2147746581 Error Code: 0x0". This functionality was working without error a few days ago and suddenly stopped working for us.  Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

    Can you try to clear the cache in Outlook for Mobile.

    To do that you can follow such steps:

    1. open Outlook on IPhone

    2. click three lines on the top left

    3. click gear icon (Settings)

    4. click on account

    5. on very bottom click reset account

    After that Outlook will resynch data and everything should work.

    Potential Solution:

    Uninstalling and Re-installing the Outlook app has fixed the problem on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads.

    We are experiencing the same problem with IOS 12.1 on iPhone and iPad.

    I am seeing this same issue with one of my customers as well. Using Iphone 12.1. 

    Same time period as you.

    Hi Nate,

    What's Mobile OS that you are using? Is this working fine in Outlook Desktop\OWA?

    Can u share more details around error that you are getting? A screenshot with sessionid\activitiyid and OrgId will be helpful.

    Hi Nate

    Is it just for this one specific email or are you having issues with other emails (and maybe appointments)?

    Might be worth supplying a screen shot of the D365 app open in Outlook of the email in question (obviously hide any identifying details).

    Showing the visual may help us to assist.
