Inspection Response PDF showing fields removed by logic

Hi

I've built an inspection template with a number of questions.

Many questions are only shown if a logic condition is met.

This works for the engineer, however when I export the inspection response to PDF it's pulling through all questions.

Is there a way around this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you make sure you are following this documentation?

    Hi

Yes I followed that and everything seems correct.

Does it usually follow the conditions on the response?

I am having the same issue. Did you ever get a resolution to this problem.

I too have questions which are controlled by logic and when viewing through the Field Service app the engineer sees only the questions which are correct for the logic but when exported to PDF it shows all the responses even the ones with nothing in them because they re not visible in the app.

I noticed FS 8.8.76.42 had a fix that seems related to this topic.  Please check FS version.

    Hi Gene,

Thanks for your response. I've looked it up and you are correct, there does appear to be something in FS 8.8.76.42 that suggests this bug is fixed.

I can't seem to find my FS version though. None of the screens I have found have anything resembling those numbers. Where can i find this information.

Go into Power Platform Admin, select your Environment, then select D 365 apps, then ... next to D365 for Field Service, then Details.
