I am new to the Powerapps Portal and I have a requirement to create Invitations to invite the contacts to the Portal. This could be possible from the Portal management app. I want to achieve this in the Portal. Is there a way to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

SG

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but my requirement is after signing in to the Portal using Admin web role, I should be able to Invite contacts from the Portal and not using the Portal Management app. Is there any way to do this?

    Thanks,

    SG

    Hi,

Where you are creating the contacts ? Inside the CRM or portal.

I dont think this can be achieved from portal, but every time you create a contact you can automatically send invite.

    Hi ,

On the 2nd thought, You can try rendering the portal contact entity list in portal and add the invite button. I have not tried this before but you can give it a try.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have rendered the portal contact entity list in the portal and tried adding the invite button using the action buttons from the entity forms to trigger the Send Invitation workflow. But the workflow action button is not displayed and I get the following error when i submit the Invitation form. Could you please elaborate how to add an invite button?

    Hi,

Check the below article on how to add button and workflow. If this does not work I believe its not achievable, but you can open a case with Microsoft support team to take further confirmation on the same.
