Hi guys, I cannot login the mobile field service APP,
I followed this documents https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/field-service-mobile-app-user-guide
1. I did add myself as user in Bookable Resources and inside the field security profile.
2. Matched the mobile version on D365 and also publish the setting.
But still cannot login, any one can help?
Thanks Alexander, not sure why I could login this new app, but the previous app still need to wait for the license.
@Florida Tech, as you seem to be at the start of your journey, have you considered the new mobile app (docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-overview )? Otherwise you invest in a technology that you need to replace next year.
You need to assign a license to the user. That's why it wasn't working. If you don't have licenses you can get a 30 day trial. Steps are here: docs.microsoft.com/.../activate-fs-mobile-app-license.
Can you please mark my answer as verified since we now know what the issue was?
Oh! it shows unlicensed, could you tell me how to have it?
Does it have a license though?
I checked the mobile users and my user name is in it!
Have you checked the licenses in Woodford? In D365 Advanced Settings go to Settings > Woodford > Mobile Users
