When I press F4 to view the Journal, a white box appears and the POS freezes. When I close the box, the POS crashes. This has happened before and I can't remember how we fixed it.
Bingo! Changing the default printer did the trick.... Thanks for the help.

What printer is marked as the Default printer on this computer?
Thanks for responding, The problem only occurs on one register. It happens in both the POS and the Manager. "Automation Error: The object invoked has disconnected from it clients".
