We have a customer that wants to use Customer insights - data AND journeys, to send out marketing emails as well as reminders for ACCOUNTS (businesses), that have bought a specific item recently.
Our architecture primarily consists of 3 entities from D365F&SCM: Customers, Contacts, Sales invoice lines.
Customer: business profile
Contacts: specific contacts for a business profile, one business profile can have multiple different contacts (this is a number that could even reach 100)
Sales invoice lines: information on when and for how much items were bought.
We successfully pushed the data into Customer insights - data, created needed measures and segments to analyze accounts, but we can't figure out how to send out emails to more than one contact for the same account.
While looking through the documentation the only viable option is creating a "unified business contact profile", but I couldn't get this feature to work - is it only available in legacy B2B environments?
If so would there be a possibility to create a legacy B2B environment and would this help us solve the issue for accounts that have more than 1 contact? Because per this documentation this looks mandatory for our requirements:
