Hi,
we are at the very beginning of our journey with Dynamics CRM.
We are now importing the prospects from Linkedin Navigator as leads into Dynamics CRM and we want to follow the progress through a periodical reporting (when the prospect replies to our message => we upgrade him to /qualify/... when he confirms the interest in our products => we upgrade him to /Develop/, etc).
We would like then to have the classical sales funnel report to see how many prospects we have in each of the 5 stages: lead, qualify, develop, propose, close
What is the right approach to do it ? we import all the contacts from Navigator into the CRM, as leads, and then we upgrade them to the higher stages. We can not however, through the filter in the Leads section, select the customers in the different stages.
Any hints?
