Using Component Trx Entry, I created a Pick Doc. and assigned Lot Numbers. The Transaction Type is Issue. I modified the Picklist Reports to include the Lot Number from the Manufacture Order Master. However, it does not print the Lot Number of the component.

Yes, The alternative Report was selected in the Manufacturing Reports.

Have you verified you Alternate Modified Forms and Reports settings to make sure you are using the new form that you have set-up?
This can be found under Administration > Setup > System > Alternate Modified Forms and Reports.
