Hello everyone,

I am using a portal for catering customer issues. The thing is that I want a flow that whenever a new issue is created by the customer and went unnoticed for 2 hours or more then the should generate mail to a particular individual indicating the issue is not viewed yet. Kindly help.

    Hi,

You can configure SLA, where you can define your SLA terms and using workflow you can generate email.
