Unwanted repeating Data row RDLC Report

I have created a Production Tally Sheet for our production line to keep track of what Lot is used for a specific Production Order. Within this Tally sheet I have created a "Header" Which has the Production Order Number on it and the Upper Level Prod BOM Information as a table on the RDLC report without a Group. Under that is another Table that has the information pulling from the Component table for the given Production Order. Finally under that is a stagnate grid that is used to keep track of the Quantity, Lot Code, start and Ending Time and a sign off box for each pallet. This allows us to keep track of all the Lot Numbers by pallet.

I have a custom RDLC Report. I have four tables feeding this report. Production Order, Prod. Order Line, Prod.Order Component and Tracking Specification tables. I have the Prod. Order Line table Linked to the Production Order table with the No. field. The Prod. Order Component Table is Lined to the Production Order No. Field.

EXAMPLE OF REPORT LAYOUT IS BELOW

When I run this Production Tally Sheet report from NAV I have two issues.

1. I am getting for only 1 specific Item Repeating 4 times on the rows. One thing I forgot to include is that I had to do some conditional formatting to make sure that the Components that have Lot Numbers is bolded so that on the line the Production Team will notate the Lot Code for the correct component. This Lot Code is in white so that it does not show so that if the Lot Changes the Production Team will notate the change and this is the Key for the conditional formatting.

2. I am unable to get this report to print off more than 1 Production Order at a time correctly. If I Pipe in more than one the header is ok but all of the lines for both headers show up under 1 header, then the grid shows up once then the other header. I think this is either a group or page break issue but I have tried a number of combinations and I only end up making it worse.

Update - I have figured out that the Lot Number that I am pulling to use as determining field for automatic Bold is causing the issue. The field is pulling ALL of the lot numbers on the table. There are 4 different Lot Numbers on the table it is creating 4 rows. The Lot Number is not important as in what data is there. I just need the lot number to trigger the automatic bold. How can I only then pull, grab get whatever term you want to use only the first or only pull 1 lot number if it exists?
