Problem with fragmented acct #s in GL Trial Balance after V2018 2023 Year End Update

I have the strangest problem.  After I installed the Dynamics GP 2018 2023 Year End Update (18.6.1695), all GL Account Numbers are fragmented in all GL Trial Balance Reports  See Example below:
Summary GL Trial Balance:

Accounts should be as in the same report printed from the SQL Server:

As printed from the Terminal Server:
Detail GL Trial Balance:

Account # Should Be: 1000-001-0000-01

I've tried all of the following:
Recreated the reports.dic and importing all updated GL Reports
Printed unmodified report
Checklinks on company & Financial tables
Created a new report option

I've determined it's not the data because  the problem  only occurs on the Dynamics installation on the Terminal Server.  If I run the reports on the SQL Server they are fine.  The problem is that all users access Dynamics from entirely from the Terminal Server.  I also tried creating a new Reports.dic on the Terminal Server then imported the Trial Balance Reports from the (working) Reports.dic on the Sql Server....same fragmented result

Help anyone?

Thank you for taking the time to help me Terry R Heley.  I actually tried renaming the Reports.dic entirely, changing report access to remove access to the custom report.  The result when Printing the GL Trial Balance is the same.  It's happening on several different installations so I'm totally confused.  In some cases I was able to modify the report to replace teh "legend" with the Account Number String and it worked.  But I don't know what the ramifications will be later.

Have you solved your issue? If not, you can try reinstalling the Dynamics GP 2018 2023 Year End Update (18.6.1695) to see if this resolves the issue or reference some information here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/s-e/gp/usgpye2018_396-blossom word game-update-for-microsoft-dynamics-gp
I see that there are many of related information.

    Hi Peggy,
I would rule out the form.dic, report.dic and any VBA you may have in play with this environment as we have seen damaged dictionaries do strange things with the trial balance, such as account numbers not printing correctly, have you ruled this out?

Typically, when we see this happen, it means one of your reports is corrupting and then causing a problem with your dictionary/ corrupts it.
Thus, it does not print out correctly.

I would rename your report.dic, do not import then see if it works, try to print a few times, etc.
Point local to the C drive where you have no report.dic, form.dic or VBA to cause issues, print the original report and see if you still have the problem.

If all seems to work, then import them in 1 by 1 or all at time, see what is causing the problem

If they have a form.dic I would rule that out as well, rename it so it does not come into play.

Here is a KB on how to do this if you are unfamiliar with the process.
