"reset data mart" option missing - Management reporter

Hi everyone

I'm trying to reset the data mart on Management reporter 2.12.16007.0.

I've read you need to open the report designer, click on Tools, and then click on 'Reset Data Mart'. However, the 'Reset Data Mart' option isn't there.

Why is it missing? Has it moved in this version? Or is it missing because I don't have rights/permissions? The user I'm logged in with is an Administrator.

Any help appreciated.

    Hello BrandonSA,

    My knowledge is that the tools-reset data mart option is only available for D365FO systems.

    As you are on AX2012 a more technical/manual process is needed here.

    You can have a look at a couple of posts that describe this in detail, such as the following ones.
