Can I create a dynamic graphic whitout utilising Excel ?

Hello :) I am a newbie at using Microsoft Dynamics CRM so i am asking maybe a really light question but can we create dynamic graphics (like bar charts etc...) without extracting de data to Excel and doing the calculus, formulas all in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM without any extraction to Excel ? I really thank you for the help ! Sorry for my english, i'm french ... ^^

    You can create charts in CRM. Go to Settings->Customization->Customize the system. Open the entity for which you want to create the chart. Then go to the charts section and create a new chart. Check this link for more details

    Thank you for the answer ! But my question was more about things like Excel Pivot Table... Can we use them inside the CRM without extracting the data to Excel for exemple... The basic graphs I know how to create them already :) Thanks a lot

    In other words, i want to create pivot tables directly into the CRM. Is it possible ?

    Short answer is no, unfortunately.

    Charts in CRM are a visual representation of a view.

    If you have queries that you use often, you could make a view for each one and use the view selector (the chart would update based on the currently selected view), though this doesn't come close to the functionality of Excel's pivot tables.

    CRM does give you the option to export data to an Excel pivot table from a view. If you have CRM for Outlook installed, then the data in the table will update inside Excel, from CRM.
