MS Dynamics unable to start

Hi everybody,

To start, the user1 has a link to MS Dynamics on the terminal server desktop and it has always opened without issue. user2 has his on the local desktop. Since around 2 days ago, both users instantly get the "not responding" window when they open it. User 1 was able to access it yesterday, but only by running with admin privileges. Up until today the program ran fine on the server, but after running the repair in Programs and Features it no longer works. Now, nothing is opening on any machine.

Any idea why it is progressively failing?

Many thanks,

Corndog
