One Account is kicking the App Offline

We have one account that is kicking the app to go offline. The account will kick anyone who is logged in and access the account offline. Seems to only be on the tablet app.

Any help would be appreciated!

Seems to be only on the tablet version of the app.

Hello, which app are you using?

Have you tried more than one tablet to see if this is still happening? And this happens with only one specific account?

I figured it out. The account had a note with an attachment that was over 8mb in size. I removed the attachment and everyone could access the account again.
