Is there anyone at Microsoft looking after the "ideas" topic or any other topic?

Hi there,

Seems like there is little or none support on Dynamics 365 customer service from the Forums point of view.

I have posted quite a few questions relevant to the engine, look and feel, etc and nothing has been answered.

I guess apart of being very expensive tools, there is no support at all.

So, when the competition starts to build the same tools and create cheaper packages and the profits will be down, maybe, just maybe there will be a soul to give us subscribers the answers that we are looking for.

    Hey FFAS.

    Usually there are two sources/Behaviors on this:

    - The ideas portal is used primarily to submit improvements to the products: Change of behavior, new functionalities, etc.

    - This community forum is more used for questions, behavior of the products and peer assistance

    Since you indicate "...I have posted quite a few questions..." perhaps, this forum should be the right place to submit those questions.

    Ideas portal is monitored by Microsoft Community PM's. Top voted feature ideas are reviewed, analyzed and prioritized within product backlog items.
