.net business connector failed to connect AX 2009

Can anybody helpme with possible root cause behind error E-99 (Timeout) while connecting to AX 2009 AIF service. Below errors are logged in Event virwer. 

1. 

The description for Event ID 0 from source Dynamics Application Integration Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
An error occurred while Web service request net.tcp://***********************************************************.svc and action ************************ were being processed. Error details: <Fault xmlns="">schemas.microsoft.com/.../Fault">

    Hi Gunjan

    No Unusual activity identified on servers. We have two AIF servers under VIP and issue happened on both servers same time, which was strange!

    I do not think if something on VIP side can impact this because AIF call were distributed to both AIF servers.

    Was there any activity on the server at the time like compilation/synchronization etc.?

    Yes Gunjan. it resolved automatically after 30 seconds.

    Thanks Andhre, change in timout setting is not biz compatible. process is working fine with existing settings. But all of sudden it broke for approx 30 seconds and we traced above mentioned errors during thease 30 seconds.

    Any Idea what could be the possible reason behind this ?

    Try to increase timeout in web service port configuration:

    System Administration》Setup》Services and Application Integration Framework》Inbound ports
