Hi Leah Ju ,

The solution you provided, I tried it but still it is not working for MSD 365. I am using trial version of MSD 365. Can trial version be blocker? Please confirm it.

Hi Partner,

It shouldn't.
I applied for a test environment and successfully added web resources.

Start a Free Trial for Microsoft Dynamics 365| Microsoft Dynamics 365

Also, the documentation doesn't mention the environment type as a constraint:

You did add it on the corresponding form? Saved the published?

Try using privacy mode or a different browser.
