Electronic Reconciliation with Integrated Entries from PrismHR software

We currently use PrismHR (HRP) as our payroll software. In the past we have found the electronic reconciliation module is difficult to use since majority of our GP entries are integrated from HRP. Does anyone use these two applications together that has found a way to make the electronic rec module work for their bank rec? Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly welcomed and appreciated!!!
