Hello,

Is there a way for me to see which account a contact belongs to from a Delivery KPI report in MDM? Is there also a way to see "who" owns the contact record? Is this achievable? I am trying to connect those contacts with accounts and/ owners that have created hard/soft bounces and/ are blocked.

Hi TechScout17,

There is no way to see this in the reports. However, you could get the Contact record from Delivery tab and open it to view the account and owner.

Please see the screenshot:

From what I understand, Azure is where the insights live, could any detail be generated from there?

Hi TechScout17,

The Insights data is stored in marketing-insights service database, and you can store it in the Azure blob to access it or directly get it by code.

And there isn't account data and owner data, here is a sample response:

You can only get the Contact GUID and then retrieve this contact record to get those data.
