I have a bit of a problem, hope that someone can help!
Every day we have works, that doesn’t get lock when they start picking. Its most in the morning but can happen at all time. We use handheld scanners (Symbol TC70), that we connect to AX12 R3 thru the browser on the handheld, our server isn’t inhouse.
How can I prevent this from happening, is the problem in the way Symbol communicate with AX or is it just a setting in AX?
Sorry, for my lack of info, my experience with AX is fairly new.
So just ask and I will find the info!
