CRM for Outlook Add In Grayed Out

One of my colleagues use CRM for Outlook and has experienced this problem. Her CRM for Outlook add in option is grayed out.
I have took some research and follow some guides on how I can resolve the issue but still no luck for me.
Steps that I have tried to do:
 - Disable and re-enable the CRM for Outlook Add in

 - Reconnect CRM for Outlook account

 - Run diagnostic test via CRM for Outlook application

 - Delete and re-create the account in "Credential Manager"

 - Repair CRM for Outlook

 - Re-install CRM for Outlook

 - Update and Restart the computer

We have Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Server and the installed office in the clients computer is Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus x64 and CRM for Outlook 2013 is intalled also.

    Another, I have removed all other Outlook add-in and only enable CRM for Outlook add-in I got this error: Microsoft .NET Framework Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX)). Sorry I cannot post the screenshot I have made.

    Resolution: Upgrade the CRM for Outlook version the same as the Online CRM server.

    Hi  Onin

    had a similar issue some times ago , please try to find the credential on the Desktop ( the machine which been using the Dynamic CRM ) and remove all credentials which are related to the Dynamic CRM access , then clear the history of IE as well ( including the passwords )

    Try to login with IE ( not any other Browser ) and save the user name and password during the logging Process

    Hi Archer,

    Thanks for your reply, I actually did the first part of what you said I have delete all credential in the "Credential Manager" and confirmed that it is not the issue. I think the current upgrade in our CRM online server has caused this problem (but still clueless) because when I upgraded the CRM for Outlook from 2013 to 2016 version it works fine.
