Account Entry Description field at ASE form blank for entries originated from Allocation Rules

We recently setup Allocation rules in our environment but the entries originated from these rules at month end have a blank Account Entry Description in ASE. 
 
The partner quoted 30+ hours for the dev work to have these entries populated with Allocation Rule Description. Reaching out to Community to see if anyone else faced this issue.
