Schedule partial shipments in GP (series of shipments for an order)

Hi, lot of times we need to deliver the items to our customer in a series of shipments. say if the customer has ordered an assembly and transformers and when we ready to ship the items, we ship the assembly first and then the transformers associated to that order. Typically the order details will be 1 assembly(bom) and transformers that will make up customer order. We ship the 1 line item and the rest of the item goes at a later time.

1) How can we schedule a series of shipment in GP.

2) questions on the commission: is it possible to set up sales commissions based on the line item. ie. some line items may qualify for 5% comission and other may qualify for 3%. how can we set this up?
