Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Deployment

I am trying to deploy the AX Office Add in and Remote Desktop Services.  I would like to use the clientOba32.msi for my deployment.  I have followed the steps in the following article, but I keep receiving a 1001 error when I run the msi file.  Can someone help me with getting the client msi working?
