error trying to customize status reason field in entity opportunity is tagged as closed

Hi guys!

First of all, i want to apologize for my poor english. i  will do my best trying to explain my problem.

The stoty looks like :

I need to modify the status reason optiones when an opportunity is tagged as closed

Out of the box the optiones are cancellad and out sold.

but i need to customize the field with three different options: Price, expired or missing information 

Weel, i went to solutions, expand opportunity entity, fields, found the status code, and customize it...

I deleted cancelled and out sold options, and add price, expired and missing information.

I went to CRm to test the customization and somthing went wrong becauyse

a: The pop up dialog is not working 

and b: when i go to the status code field to check whats going on, an error window pop up

at this point, i dont know what to do and what i did in the wrong way.

Can you help me, please, :)?

    i was suspecting from that but this is my first project and i feel so newbie in this crm universe.

    Hi , It is a bad practice to to delete out of the box option values of status or status reason.

    community.dynamics.com/.../crm-2013-understanding-status-and-status-reason-think-before-deleting-them

    what you have to now do is, go a CRM where you have the fresh status reasons - create a solution > add status and status reason field and import the solution to this environment.

    again donot delete the option - but you can rename them or add new under active or inactive state.
