Hi! When user try to call a PO from Inquiry getting the following error. They have tried Reconcile, checklinks does not help, any other solution? [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constrain 'PK##187216'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dobo.##1871216'. Regards, Mohan

    From the error message, it appears you have a duplicate record somewhere and the system cannot create the temporary table required by the inquiry.  Have you tried customersource yet?

    Are you trying to view open, history, or work transactions?  Try looking into the appropriate physical tables and look for blank records and other garbage records.
