I need to apply the filter to Entity List records based upon logged in user and its account both.
Please suggest appropriate configuration.

Arpit's suggestion is best for records that have a lookup to the contact. If down the road you need to filter an entity list based on related records, there is a little known technique where you can setup a filtered user. I detailed the process a few weeks ago in my blog (shameless self promotion):
