How many environments can be created with a Single MCFS/MSM Premium license?

Can we create multiple sandbox and production environments of MSM within single tenant having a single MSM premium license?
For e.g., 3 sandbox and 3 production environments in a single tenant

    Each environment will need to meet the minimum licensing requirements. For example, if you have three sandbox and three production environments, you will need to ensure that you have enough licenses to cover all these environments

    So the answer below is not correct. It relates to licensing of F&O and BC, those are different products.
     
     
    MSM license is tenant level.
    So as long as you have enough capacity in your tenant for creating more environments, you can create as many as you want

    MSM is built on top of Power Platform as a First Party app and derives the same licensing modalities as that of Power Apps, and other Dynamics 365 CE Apps. There is no limit on #of environments. You may create as many as you can of any type (Sandbox, Production) as long as you are well within the storage entitlements. Here is the link that can provide you more clarity around this topic.
     
    With MSM Premium license, you are granted with 50GB of Database Storage, 20 GB of File storage and 2GB of Audit. As long as the Database storage is green, you are allowed to create as many environments as you can.
