Need help in modifying Hardware request and Management app template

Hi Guys,

I’m working on creating a work order request app that mirrors the Hardware Request and Management app template from Power Apps. I’ve downloaded the template with the intention of modifying it to fit our needs. Currently, I’m focusing on customizing the request form by adding a few additional questions.

However, I’m encountering difficulties accessing and modifying the data stored in Dataverse. If anyone has experience with customizing app templates, particularly with Dataverse, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Any tutorials, blog posts, or resources that can help with this process would be incredibly useful.

Im also wondering how to install the template as a unmanaged Solution, I didnt see any options when installing and the documentation links are all dead!
