Could anyone confirm if email engagement feature works perfectly in Dynamics 365?
I have observed that email clicked, email Opens are not getting tracked accurately.

Thank you for your query.
The email interaction data should be considered as approximations, for example an open email event is only counted when the recipient downloads the full message (with images). This means actual number of opens could be more than the numbers recorded.
