
I am working with a D365 Enterprise trial to prepare a demo of Field Service. I can get to the native CRM components (views and forms) to open easily. However, when I try to open the Scheduling Assistant, I get the error pictured below.
1. Is there a way to log an incident with the field service team?
2. Does anyone have any idea how to get past this error?

I can see you posted your question long ago, but just in case it helps somehow.
I came a cross with similar problems with Field Service in trial environments and turned out it was due to have a Portal installed in my environment as well.
Navigate to Settings> Processes and open the Draft Processes view. Select those relevant processes and activate them (if you are not sure select all).
