Hello All:

I am looking to grant access to the Add and Remove Control Buttons in the Vendor Contact section

I can't seem to locate the correct one. There are 2 sets of contact information, I'm looking for the one below

There are a duty Maintain vendor contacts you can use it

Hi Paul,

These buttons should be enabled if you have the correct permissions on the form and contact details table (LogisticsElectronicAddress). Can you tell if this is part of a privilege with view permissions on the Vendors menu item? The Add button requires at minimum Create permissions and the remove button requires Delete permissions.

Can you tell us more about the role contents for this user?

I tried adding full rights to LogisticsElectronicAddress and that did not work

@ Mohamed, I had initially tried adding the Maintain Vendor Contacts and this also did not work.

I am working with a custom high level AP level role, and I can't see what is blocking me from seeing the Add/Remove buttons

Contact information fasttab buttons are managed via different privileges

Use privilege "Maintain contact information" for +add and remove buttons.

Use privilege "Maintain contact details" for edit contact information button.

Hi Paul,

What exactly do you mean by "I tried adding full rights to LogisticsElectronicAddress"? Are you referring to a form, form control or table? What intended access permissions do you want to set for the form in general? Can you elaborate on what permissions are set for the All vendors menu item? You didn't answer that question I raised in my previous reply. The buttons are evaluating the permissions set to the menu item, for the VendTableListPage and VendTable.
