printing timecards from web client

Cannot figure out what this message wants me to do...has anyone successfully printed a timecard from the web client? I am receiving the message "You must assign SQL Server Reporting Services reports using the Report Assignments window before you can print reports"

When I click on the Available Reports from the menu it tells me "You don't have security privileges to open this window."

Any clues would be most welcome.....
