I wish to setup the escalation for all cases. Could you advise the way that we can do it on CRM?

Hi,
Dynamics CRM Case form already has IsEscalated field on the form which is of Two option field.
You could utilize this field to setup escalation for your cases. You can also setup Email notification when this field value is Yes to the user who you want to notify.
