Is there any out of the box API available to assign PermissionSet to a UserGroup?
Using below API, we can set permission directly on user

Hi, if I get you right then you want to assign permissions via an API. Unfortunately this is not possible out of the box. You can see available APIs here:
https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/[TenantID]/Production/api/v1.0/$metadata
You can request new APIs over on Github:
Or see if you can use PowerShell instead.
