Hi there,

From Dynamics 365 template, I created a Word template from Dynamics 365 from a custom table, and then downloaded to OneDeive.

I tried to use Power Automate to populate this template, but I failed. the Power Automate flow successfully run but no data filled.

But if I create a Word template from word itsself (Not from Dynamics 365), I can use Power Automate flow to populate data to the template.

Anybody knows what is wrong with my method?

Hi Frank,

I'd like to know if you edit the template in Word after creating it from Dynamics?
